The rate is $2500.00 or $25 per person (whichever is less) Includes use of the grounds.

You are welcome to use your choice of vendors. We can furnish a list of local vendors. We do not cater or have any other equipment such as tents, tables, chairs, linens, portalet, etc. However, if you want us to plan and arrange everything for you we can do that. Prices would be as invoiced to us +10%. Deposits would need to be paid in advance.
